Research On The Mechanism Innovation Of Talent Work System In Guizhou Universities From The Perspective Of Politics

From a political perspective, talent and talent work have important significance for the development of CPC and our country, and for the comprehensive and free development of the individual, while innovating the systems and mechanisms of talents work is the fundamental guarantee of promoting the development of talent work. For Guizhou Province which aim to build a “spiritual high ground” and to rush out of the “economic valley”, talent is the key of the prosperity and development of Guizhou Province. As a place of talent, the Colleges of Guizhou Province have many problems in personnel introduction, personnel training, personnel services, personnel evaluation, personnel incentives and so on. These problems are closely related to the systems and mechanisms of talent work in Guizhou Colleges. In order to provide “intelligence” support for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and a historic breakthrough in the western region of China, Guizhou Colleges must innovate the systems and mechanisms of talent work based on their conditions.This paper is divided into four parts. The introduction describes the origin, research status, research methods and main content. The first chapter analyzes the political value of talent work as well as the significance of innovating the systems and mechanisms of talent work based on the definition of “talent” concept. The second chapter analyzes the existing problems in talent work of Guizhou Colleges and explores the causes of these problems. The last chapter explores mainly the countermeasures of innovating the systems and mechanisms of talent work.
