| Education is the foundation of a country.The continuous modernized reform of education is not only the foundation of China's sustainable and steady development,but also the primary task of China's colleges at present.Talent cultivation is one of core criteria for evaluating the education quality of colleges.Education is China's priority and the CPC's priority.Now,we are in a special period,in which socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,and the construction of an all-round well-off society is at a decisive stage.A high-level talent cultivation mechanism and the farther reform of education system are unprecedentedly urgent.Undergraduates are the largest group in the field of high-quality specialized talent cultivation.The regular college period is a key period,in which the worldview,life view and values of undergraduates form.The regular college talent cultivation is the most important foundation of improving the quality of higher education talent cultivation.Therefore,China should establish a favorable college talent cultivative system and accelerate the construction of high-level R&D platforms,in order to provide strong talent support and intelligence support for developing a large batch of innovative talents to realize education modernization.In this paper,the study was conducted in accordance with the research paradigm of"idealization-reality-idealization"and the basic idea of"theoretical research-current situation research-countermeasure research".Materials were collected through literature research and interviews.The collected interview and literature materials were sorted and classified systematically.Based on theories of education system,problems of China's college talent development system and their causes were explored,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.This paper is expected to provide some reference for further deepening the reform of China's talent development system.This paper is divided into four chapters as follows:Chapter One:Introduction.In this chapter,an overview of the paper was given,covering problem posing,research objectives and contents,literature review and research significance,methodology and research ideas.Chapter Two:the conception and demonstration of the theory of the scientific research-supported college talent cultivative system.Focusing on the ideal state,a number of concepts such as"scientific research","system","talent cultivative system"and"scientific research-supported college talent cultivative system"were defined.Then,the analysis framework and principles of the scientific research-supported college talent development were proposed.Chapter Three:the problems of existing executive systems of talent cultivation in colleges and their causes were discussed.Focusing on the realistic state,the problems of existing executive agencies and executive specifications of college talent cultivation and their causes were analyzed.In Chapter Four,focusing on the ideal state,suggestions for improving China's executive system of scientific research-supported college talent cultivation were proposed to solve above problems. |
