For For basic education in the 21 st century, our country is to carry out the curriculum reform, the position and role of the fine arts education in basic education is gradually increased, to cultivate the students’ quality education plays an inestimable role. In Shanxi Province as an example, under the impetus of the education reform, the province, including the rural primary and secondary schools are equipped with perfect teaching facilities and equipment of fine arts. In recent years, ceramic art education in the national primary and seriously rise, in basic art education has an important value and significance, not only conforms to the education of new ideas, and the expression of pupils in aesthetic, practical, and plays a positive role in such aspects as. But in the elementary school fine arts education in Shanxi Province in the process of implementation, the ceramic art education in the fine arts teaching material is still is a new subject. Which appeared what problem, what reason is caused, as well as improvement measures, such as the focus in this paper is to explore the key.
