As the economy has been developing and social structure has changed in the reform and opening up. By the Media Technology has been improving constantly and the Internet Web has been popularizing widely, more and more social problems have been learned by people through the media. With the number of children who are Skip-generation raising of Single Parent has been growing in the social, more and more people has paid close attention to it. Most of the researchers still focus on divide the group of Skip-generation raising Children and the group of Single Parent Children. In fact, these two groups are overlapping, but the scholars in the study of classification method are different. This paper will focus on the research of Skip-generation raising of Single Parent children separately.The problem of Skip-generation raising of Single Parent children is relatively complex so that it need to coordinate more resources to solve.The author has selected a typical case from the cases to write a report.The purpose is to point to an area, hope that through the study of typical case contributes to studies of this group. Case management is mainly used to service multiple complex problem of egotism, it is suitable for the Skip-generation raising of Single Parent children.So this will be the case of single parent children M raised by grandparents in the form of a management report on this. This paper mainly form the background, significance, research methods, research review and so on.it will be case management services in full swing. The interview process and intervention methods will be discussed in detail. By writing practice reflection, the author puts forward opinions and viewpoints on this population studies.
