Evaluation of students’ learning is a very essential part of educational activities. Traditional evaluation, however, cannot promote the development of students’ because of its shortcomings. The state has published a large of related educational reform programs, where education curriculum reform has been deepened, and in this part it highlights the reform of evaluation, emphasizes the establishment of a scientific evaluation system, pays attention to the evaluation of students’ learning process, and emphasizes the role of evaluation on promoting the development of students. Process evaluation is the very one to promote students’ learning, learning process, and the implementation in the learning process. It is the result of both of the development of teaching evaluation theory and the practice of teaching evaluation and it completely reflects the evaluation of the development of function. Many educators have performed intensive researches on the background, theoretical basis, the connotation, the methods, the characteristics, the implementation process, the advantages and disadvantages of the process evaluation. But unfortunately, the done research on the process evaluation is limited to theoretical research, and the research about specific teaching content of the specific subject is not ideal as expected. Thus it makes the process of evaluation difficult to function well for lack of maneuverability in teaching practice although the idea is good. Much to our relief, with the of curriculum reform deepened continuously, the state and society and the school put forward stricter and more specific requirement to the process evaluation. It’s urgent to combine the process evaluation with the specific content of the specific subject in order to give full play to the role of evaluation of student development.This study chooses electrical subject to research the core content of senior high school physics and the problems students encounter frequently considering the limitations of time and the actual conditions. First of all, this study aims to have a good knowledge of the current situation of teachers and students in the process evaluation of the electricity subject by making questionnaire from some teachers and students. From the study it can be found that, both teachers and students put forward higher and higher demand for evaluation through the analysis of the questionnaire based on the importance of the electrical subject. They pay attention to process evaluation, but keep limited within the concept of value; In fact, the actual operation ability to process evaluation is insufficient on the basis of the questionnaire, combined with a large number of literature researches and discussions with the teachers in practice. The study consists the implementation system of the process evaluation of the electricity subject in senior high school. The implementation system includes the content, evaluation method and evaluation implementation strategy of the process evaluation, the content of evaluation from three aspects: knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion attitude and value outlook among them. In the evaluation method, as many as 9 kinds of common methods are summarized, and the specific analysis is carried out according to the content of the electricity subject. Evaluation strategy includes three aspects: the combination and optimization of the method, the design of teaching, and the proportion of evaluation. Finally, the implementation system is tested by the teaching practice of the electrical subject. The information feedback from teachers and students shows that the implementation system details the content of the process evaluation in the electrical subject, the evaluation method is diverse and very specific and utilizing strategies has good guidance and suggestions for the implementation of the specific implementation. The implementation of the system has a good operability and can effectively guides the implementation of the process of evaluation.In a word, this study proves that the process evaluation can be well put into effect in the specific teaching content, and make sure of the operability of the process evaluation after the study of subjects of electrics. Certainly the process evaluation is still in a process of continuous exploration and development.
