The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the largest land area frontier provinces in our country, is shouldering the important responsibility to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and southern Xinjiang is the important part of Xinjiang, is a key part of Xinjiang economic development, the national unity and social stability, ethnic minorities is an important unit of the southern Xinjiang humanity characteristics, the stability and development of the ethnic minorities related to the settlement and prosperity of southern Xinjiang, relates to the whole Xinxiang’s stability and prosperity, more related to the vicissitude and fate of the whole Chinese people. It is by no means a waste of resources and manpower to provide support and help in southern Xinjiang, but a important measures which through the long-term analysis and study that party central committee, so the development of southern Xinjiang and Xinjiang should grasp the important opportunity of “One Belt And One Road”, make full use of their own advantages to develop our own economy, to guarantee the life of people, improve the quality of life for people of all ethnic groups.Graduates of colleges and universities is the important reserve talented person, is a mainstay of the economic and social development in our country in the future, and on one hand, the minority college graduates is the higher intellectuals education in ethnic minority, on the other hand is also the main force of driving the development of minority areas. Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, is the key of development, the base of stable, so it is particularly important even the stability and development to solve the employment problem of minority college graduates in southern Xinjiang for the whole Xinjiang and the country.This paper take the minority college graduates in southern Xinjiang as the research object, on the basis of literature analysis and field survey, using the case study method, from the employment status of minority status of college graduates in southern Xinjiang, recycling questionnaire investigation to analyze their employment expectations, combined with the SWOT matrix analysis model and GM(1, 1) grey model to analysis and forecast the employment prospects of minority college graduates in southern Xinjiang, and from the SO, ST, WO and WT four aspects to put forward feasible strategies for minority college graduates’ employment problems in southern Xinjiang. The study found that:(1) Analysis from the gender, nationality, industry and comparison study of northern and southern Xinjiang, and found that the employment situation of minority college graduates were urgently in southern Xinjiang, mainly displays in: on the one hand, the first employment rate of minority college graduates is lower than that of northern Xinjiang, the primary employment rate of every ethnic is not the same, and the female’s initial employment rate less than men’s, there must be “for men” and “ethnicity”; On the other hand, it is tend to be more stable work “iron rice bowl” and the environment is superior in choosing a job and working place of minority in southern Xinjiang.(2) In the study based on the questionnaire investigation of employment expectations found that the investigated persons who are the Chinese communist party members(including the communist party of China probationary party member) have the highest first employment rate; The higher the level of Chinese language level of ethnic minority graduates, then the first employment rate is higher; Graduate employment internship longer before initial employment rate is higher; In general compared to the employment situation, southern Xinjiang minority college graduates employment expectations too high, cause the huge gap between ideals and reality, the employment pressure surge.(3)There are some problems existing in the process of employment in the minority college graduates of southern Xinjiang: the low level of ethnic minority college graduates’ first employment rate, have sex ratio imbalance, the employment of graduates graduate employment expectations are too high, not correct analysis their abilities comprehensive ability is not strong, a significant number of graduates choose to escape the employment pressure in a enters a higher school, the “iron rice bowl” work too fanatical pursuit.(4)Using the SWOT matrix analysis model in southern Xinjiang national minority college graduates employment outlook analysis to find out their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the employment, and use the advantages and opportunities to offset their own weaknesses and threats, analyze the corresponding settlement SO strategy, ST strategy, strategy and WT strategy, in order to break the southern Xinjiang minority college graduates employment difficulties.(5)The MATLAB and the GM(1, 1) grey model as the foundation, from two aspects of the total number and ratio of southern Xinjiang national minority college graduates employment outlook analysis and prediction, it is found that the total size of the future five years of college graduates in China is decreasing year by year, the employment prospects tend to be optimistic; the total size of X university in southern Xinjiang minority nationality graduates increased year by year,the employment pressure of the future will be more and more big; Sex ratio of the prediction results show that a period of time in the future, graduates of women than men, the proportion of male and female graduates still imbalance.Based on these conclusions, from graduates, colleges and universities, unit of choose and employ persons and government to break the four perspectives of southern Xinjiang national minority college graduates employment and expand employment scale scientific and reasonable Suggestions were put forward.
