With the increasing degree of population aging, China’s young labor supply is relatively reduced, a profound impact on the employment growth and employment structure optimization. In this situation, trying to explore the development of education, education structure adjustment, improve the quality of labor, and to solve aging of employment difficulties. Then the aging(i.e. the aging of the population), education, scientific research on employment effect and measure how the trend of aging in China Education on employment effects were spatial econometric analysis, in order to explore alleviate aging impact on employment in a new way. This article has described the employment theory and the spatial econometrics, and has carried on the statistical analysis to the influence of the education, the aging to the employment. Then based on the introduction of human capital of C-D production function by spatial adjacency weight matrix, related data of 31 provinces in 1990-2014 complete sequence of standardized treatment, then use Matlab, Stata, Geo Da software to the aging trend of education, the employment effects of spatial econometric empirical analysis, in order to more accurately measure the impact factor of influence. Through the spatial autocorrelation and panel data stability test, the panel data is determined by Spatial Autoregressive Model(SAR)and Spatial Error Model(SEM). And in order to distinguish the different levels of education and the impact of different regions on employment, the general education model and the classification of education model, sub regional education model for comparative analysis.Conclude and analyze the results of the spatial panel model, the main conclusions are:(1)There is a significant correlation between the regional employment.(2)Employment growth in China is not only about education, scientific research and the degree of aging of the phase on the neighboring province of education, scientific research and the degree of aging.(3)The overall education has a great contribution to the employment growth, the degree of population aging has an inhibitory effect on employment growth, and the overall effect of scientific research achievement transformation on employment is negative.(4)The contribution of 4junior high school education to employment growth is the highest, followed by higher education and high school education, and primary education impact on employment is not obvious.(5)The education in the central region on employment promotion effect is the largest, followed by the western region, minimal impact is the eastern region; scientific research in the central areas of jobs increase larger role in promoting, and Eastern and western scientificresearch on employment effects mainly appears as a substitution effect, and the western region of the substitution effect; negative effects on employment by only in the eastern region the degree of aging is significant, other area is not significant. In the trend of population aging, in order to accelerate the economic development, increase the quantity and quality of employment, to promote the eastern, central and western regions balanced, sustainable and healthy development, according to the spatial econometric empirical results, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
