With the development and progress of society, the connections between subjects are getting more and more close, and so are physical education and art. These two subjects have lots of things in common about expression, which brings about many new items such as rhythmic gymnastics and aerobic dance. Under this background, to satisfy the social demands and employment needs of students, so many departments of physical education in Colleges of this country have set up the prevailing and obviously special sports dance training course. Xi’an Academy of Physical Education’s fashionable fitness course has been set up from 2011 in the performance major of Sports and art department,this course is determined to bring up the professional students. The objective of this course is to training the basic theory, skill and action of competition rules, further more to cultivate students’ the ability of dancing arrangement, competition organization and judgment.By the way of questionnaire and expert interviews, and using our own fashionable fitness course syllabus and the present situation as objects, this research conducts a research on the content modules that compose the outline, then draws out outline of our fashion fitness course and its actual teaching effect in the classroom, which makes the course more suitable for students and then makes students being more competitive in the society.The research indicates that:1) As a new type,under the constrains of syllabus, fashionable fitness courses’ training program still exists many shortcomings;2) The syllabus in operation can obviously definite connotations and teaching task; the training of students and the demand of society can fit perfectly; teaching time management are arranged reasonable, by contrast, arrangement of teaching content is more unstable; the arrangement of individual course somehow harmful for students’ comprehensive development, so the system needs to be improved;3) Revisit the syllabus, there still exist the insufficient of the scientific steering and the suitable theory textbook, for example, the new textbooks own the simple form and less of new content, and the examination contents has the same questions, we own the professional teachers team but the team construction is far behind, in the headward part, sites and facilities are completely set, however the reasonable usage needs further strengthened.; 4) In the point of course effect, students’ comprehensive ability get improved, but the individual capacity still needs training. |
