"Teaching syllabus" refers to the process of planning,selecting,judging and arranging the teaching activities in order to achieve the goal of education,to complete the specific teaching tasks and teaching work,to analyze and predict the specific teaching situation and students' state,and to arrange the process of teaching activities in advance,which embodies the meaning of process and speed in the design and implementation of teaching syllabus."Teaching syllabus" has a close relationship with teaching quality and teaching efficiency.It is an objective requirement to improve the quality of teaching.Planning teaching syllabus helps teaching activities develop and run,and plays a role in supervising teachers' teaching.The best way to carry out teaching syllabus is to "syllabus according to schedule".However,in actual teaching activities,designing and implementing "teaching syllabus" is a complex process,which has both scientific and rational aspects,and because of the uncertainty and diversity of its subjects and environment,it has irrational,experiential and accidental aspects.Through the investigation and analysis found that,by the teaching time,teaching content,students' differences and concept of teachers and other subjective and objective factors,contrast often exists between the design and implement of the teaching schedule,the teaching schedule and the actual teaching schedule is not entirely consistent with the synchronization.Furthermore,the actual teaching "the whole process of design and implementation of the teaching schedule" still exist some unreasonable phenomenon.Some teachers' understanding of the syllabus of teaching the existence of errors,such as the preparation of the same design teaching schedule two and can not be confused,the concept is to further understand the teaching schedule;The design and implementation of the teaching schedule completely according to the experience of making and are lack of scientific rationality;Most of the teachers' understanding of the teaching schedule is too one-sided,often see themselves as "teaching syllabus",the lack of the concept of "students' learning syllabus" consciousness,ignore the reception ability of the students and the actual level,the "teaching" with the syllabus of "learning" syllabus is often imbalance;And the whole process of the design and implementation of the "teaching syllabus" shows an obvious "test orientation".Therefore,not only to change the form of practical teaching management mode with the rationality of design and implementation of "teaching schedule";teachers should also strive to improve the teaching level of reflection,constantly sum up experience and accurate grasp of the teaching schedule of presupposition and generation based on;design and implementation of "teaching schedule" to consider student the factors and optimize the teaching mode;at the same time to strengthen the theoretical study and Research on the teaching of "syllabus" in practice,explore the path to improve the teaching schedule,the realization of "unified teaching" and "learning" syllabus.
