Teaching syllabus(curriculum standards)is the concentrated performance of the completion of teaching objectives,is the school training personnel guidance documents.The adaptability of the syllabus will directly affect the quality of talent training.At present,China's sports vocational and technical colleges are actively offering badminton special classes,providing an effective way to train excellent badminton teachers,social instructors and badminton related talents.The course setting of badminton special course in the five-year competitive sports department of secondary vocational colleges is still in the initial stage and exploration stage,and the course setting needs to be improved.It is very important to realize the goal of cultivating excellent badminton professionals whether the teaching program is scientific and reasonable,and whether it meets the quality requirements of the current physical education reform on the establishment of badminton specialized courses.The five-year program of special badminton course of the department of competitive sports of guangdong vocational and technical college of physical education was selected as the research object,and the research methods including literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were adopted.The research conclusion is :(1)the original syllabus is too general,there is no specific plan for each semester.Specific deficiencies include: the original teaching objectives of the syllabus are single,and the teaching objectives of sports guidance and sports service ability of students are not clear;Traditional teaching methods reflect the lack of new methods and technologies and the low teaching efficiency.The prescribed teaching content needs to be improved,the connection between relevant knowledge theory and practice is weak,and the semester plan is not clear;Assessment and evaluation methods focus on quantitative and summative evaluation and lack of process diagnostic evaluation.(2)the new syllabus reflects the characteristics of The Times and the requirements of talent training,which is planned by semesters.Specifically,it is formulated in strict accordance with the five-year talent training program of the department of competitive sports(badminton).The teaching objectives reflect the requirements of the training objectives of professional talents and are in line with the needs of social services.It makes detailed provisions on teaching objectives,contents,methods,teaching evaluation and other outline elements of each semester,and takes into account the requirements of theoretical teaching and practical teaching as well as the characteristics of teachers and students,making it easier to implement.(3)the use effect of the new syllabus is better.The adjusted syllabus has clear teaching objectives,appropriate teaching methods,comprehensive and specific teaching contents,prominent key and difficult teaching contents,reasonable teaching hours arrangement and evaluation mechanism.The overall adaptability of the syllabus is good,and the implementation of the teaching process is smooth;After the application of the new syllabus,the teaching effect is remarkable and the students' performance is improved.After the school trial,the design is reasonable,the application effect is good,can be used as a formal outline,further improve.
