September 2018,organized by the Ministry of Education "Ministry of Education Compulsory Education Language Textbook"(hereinafter referred to as "the Department of compiled textbooks").The compilation of Chinese textbooks lasted four years,which not only attracted much attention in the field of basic education,but also aroused a warm response from the academic circles.This paper starts with the characteristics of the textbooks.In-depth comparison with the Chinese textbooks for junior middle school published in 2013 and the current English textbooks for junior middle school in the United States as mother tongue.In the first chapter,starting from the theoretical basis of textbook arrangement,the factors affecting textbook arrangement are discussed.In the second chapter,through macro and micro analysis,the overall style of the whole set of textbooks and the characteristics of the four major systems are analyzed.Chapter three uses comparative analysis method to make statistics and comparisons among different editions of Chinese textbooks.The last chapter summarizes the characteristics of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry and the Enlightenment of the new textbooks on Chinese teaching.Through our investigation and analysis,we find that the "Department of compiled textbooks" junior middle school Chinese textbooks pay attention to the guidance of methods,the selection system pays attention to the guidance of traditional culture,the knowledge system pays attention to students' autonomy,and the practice system pays attention to gradient training and value guidance.In view of these changes in the compilation system of "Department of compiled textbooks",we put forward some suggestions for Chinese teaching,such as paying attention to the teaching methods of group reading,cultivating students' autonomy and establishing students' correct values.Hope to help teachers understand the changes of new textbooks,and strive to provide a more comprehensive perspective for the study of junior high school Chinese textbooks.At present,the research on "the Department of compiled textbooks" junior middle school Chinese textbooks is still in its infancy.This paper hopes to make a systematic comparison,analysis and summary.It is hoped that the new textbooks can promote the scientific development of textbooks.
