Bodybuilding is a new field, whether it be a bodybuilding athletes or professional competition, both in technology and theory in a stage for the development of exploration and constantly improve, especially the bodybuilder in the theory foundation is weak, for the fitness for the vague consciousness, so, develop a good fit for the method can not only help achieve ideal for bodybuilders state, also can help them achieve better results, so you need to research and a set of relatively complete, suit to our country bodybuilder fitness for the theory and method.Purposes: The research purpose of this paper is that through this study can be summed up a set of more perfect more detailed bodybuilding pre-match preparation method, can make bodybuilding and bodybuilders extra play their own ability, let their body is in before the best state, and the maximum play to their own competitive ability, the most innovation point of this study is to solve the traditional fat reducing, dehydration and prepared carbon filled the three difficult problems, for the majority of bodybuilders didnt provide scientific theory basis for the.Methods: In this paper, with reference to the traditional fitness for the plan, and on this model to improve the training and diet plans, summed up a set of innovation for the method, this method first bodybuilder is divided into two groups, respectively, in the case of during four different periods: skim period stage, sprint, dehydration and preparation, using different prepared methods, traditional prepared using traditional preparation method, innovation for the using case method, and then measure the corresponding physical indicators, comparative analysis, finally concluded that innovation for the method has more advantages than for the traditional method.Results: Comparing with traditional for game:(1) by adopting the method of innovation for the case of the reduced fat period of bodybuilders, body fat content under 42.7%, content of skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate are increased. And the traditional preparation methods for event bodybuilder, body fat content only fell by 12.5%, content of skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate dropped.(2) in the sprint phase of the innovation for the method for the bodybuilder, a fall of 16.9% body fat content, skeletal muscle content increased by 7.6%, basal metabolic rate is increased by 2.2%. And the traditional preparation methods for event bodybuilder, although fell 16.9% body fat content, but content of skeletal muscle fell by 14.2%, basal metabolic rate also fell 2.2%.(3) in dehydration period by adopting the method of innovation for the case of bodybuilders, body moisture content fell by 11%, content of skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate basically remain unchanged. And the traditional preparation methods for event bodybuilder, body moisture containing only dropped by 4.5%, content of skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate is basically the same.(4) in the run-up to the innovation for the method for bodybuilders, obvious effects of carbon, muscle. And the traditional preparation methods for event bodybuilder, carbon effect in general, muscle dry.(5) the experimental group the first three people, the top three eight people, no one control group in the first place, the top three only three people, innovative method for the preparation of bodybuilders league than the traditional method for the preparation of bodybuilders league.Conclusions: In this study, the innovation for the tournament results than traditional case performance obviously on the high side. In reduced fat: innovation for the athlete’s body fat than traditional for the athlete’s body fat down. In the sprint phase: innovation for the athlete’s body fat and traditional for the athlete’s body fat down though, but the content and innovation for the athletes skeletal muscle metabolic rate increased, while traditional for athletes skeletal muscle content and basal metabolic rate were decreased. In dehydration stage: innovation for the athletes body moisture content is lower than traditional for the athletes body moisture content. In the run-up to: innovation for athletes muscle plump, but traditional race athletes muscle dry.
