| Since the implementation of "National Fitness Program outline",social sports has made a vigorous development.Residents continue to improve the awareness of fitness.Fitness craze has been formed.The development of social sports needs more outstanding social sports guidance and management personnel.The social sports guidance and management major in universities is to cultivate the talents of this field.Therefore, universities as a base for training high and new talents, shoulder the task of cultivating new talents to fit the needs of the society.At present, it is necessary to analyze and research on the social needs of the social sports guidance and management major in our country, such as setting up goal setting, course setting,practical ability and innovation ability training.In this paper, the current situation and development of social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu Province universities(except Independent college) are studied.Using literature data method, expert interview method, comparative analysis method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, and other research methods, investigation and analysis of Jiangsu Province university social sports guidance and management major’s education situation and the degree of satisfaction of the students.The aim is to grasp the problems existing in the social sports guidance and management of the University in Jiangsu province from two levels: the objective situation and the subjective experience of the implementation. In the coordinated innovation theory, to explore new ideas of social sports guidance and management major of scientific and effective development, and to provide a useful reference for the major’s development.Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The training objectives of the social sports guidance and management of the University in Jiangsu province are focus on social sports activities of the organization,management, consulting, business development, etc..But the overall existence is traditional and conservative, and has no prominent characteristics.There is a deviation from social demand.And to leg behind of the dynamic frontier subject.Lack of inspection and evaluation mechanism of training goal achievement etc.(2)In recent five years, the average employment rate of social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu province is more than 90%.Among of them,there are only 30% of the graduates are engaged in social sports.(3)The courses in the curriculum setting of the social sports guidance and management specialty in Jiangsu province’s universities are too observant of conventional standards.Innovation and entrepreneurship ability training curriculum is insufficient.And the proportion of practical course is relatively light.Course categories instead of more refined,and Curriculum setting characteristics are not obvious.The lack of integration of emerging industries and projects, local social and cultural characteristics of the curriculum,and evaluation mechanism for the effect of existing curriculum.(4) Students of social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu Province to the current situation of the major running satisfaction low.Mainly reflected in the actual teaching of the training target is not accurate.Business scope settings lack of local characteristics, etc.,And they hope to increase the proportion of technical practice courses, to provide students with access to new opportunities for new projects.(5)The collaborative innovation of the social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu province includes the coordination of the internal main body and the external subject.First, the knowledge of the professional and professional inter-financial,and resource sharing.Including the cooperation between students and students, teachers and students, teachers and teachers. Second,enterprise and government for the university social sports guidance and management major development to be highly supported.To achieve professional exchanges between universities, build the teaching resources sharing platform.Under the collaborative innovation theory, aiming at the problems and deficiencies in the course of running the social sports guidance and management major.Put forward the corresponding reform measures and suggestions,to provide operational reference to social sports guidance and management of professional talent training. |
