The Opening Management Research Of Sports Major Students In Jiangsu Colleges

With the development of society and the reform of higher education, sports major students get more complicated ideas in the colleges of Jiangsu province, which brings new challenges for student management work. The traditional management idea, method and system aren't suitable for present student management work. To explore the new management methods, this paper did researches for part PE major students from Nanjing institute of physical education & sports, Nanjing normal university, Xuzhou normal university, Suzhou university sports institute, Yancheng normal college through literature study, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis and got the followings conclusions: 1. Jiangsu province college sport majors have correct cognition, strong social communication ability, high EQ, clear professional mind and pay attention to professional skill study. 2. Firm political position and the students are satisfied with the honesty and mental health education. 3. Complete and reasonable bylaws, party and Communist Youth League construction are satisfying. College leaders pay attention to the student management work. Students have general style of study, less enthusiasm to science and technology innovation and art activities, and lack of innovation.4. The college pay more attention to student's employment guidance and services, the employment service enthusiasm of counselors and teachers in charge of classes should be further improved. 5. Open management mode is suitable for college sports majors in Jiangsu province. In view of the above conclusions, the paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1. open management combined with detail management. 2. Increase further study times for the student work workers to improve their quality, enhance the interest and accept challenging work. 3. Correctly guide the students' value, motivate students in various activities, and arouse their enthusiasm for the innovative consciousness. 4. Improve students work workers service, set up excellent service mind, update employment mind and strengthen students' initiative ability. 5. Complete the existing management system; highlight" people-oriented", keep pace with the times. According to these conclusions and suggestions, this mode which the open management is combined with detail management is applied in body-building and leisure majors in Nanjing institute of physical and has achieved good results.
