The implementation of “ Made in China 2025” and the establishment of an innovative country need a large number of high-quality skilled personnel. In the new normal,the economy is increasingly driven by innovation instead of input and investment, Vocational and technical education is especially necessary. Higher vocation colleges of mainly training high quality skilled worker are taken seriously and have more opportunities. Compensation is the core of human resource management it is the key to enhance competitiveness to improve the performance salary incentive, to attract and retain the core talent, to strengthen teachers.Since 2010,higher vocation colleges have implemented the reform on post and performance related pay. From the unity of average reward to paying attention to the incentive difference on performance-related pay,the vicissitude of salary system is accompanied by the interest game. Although later than six years, the present system of performance-related pay is unsatisfactory. Because there is no unified guidance about the mode or method of the performance-related pay, schools act as well, the process is not yet to take the step. There are always the allowance for seniority,existence egalitarianism tendency, the lack of market competitiveness of labor price, a single model of performance-related pay incentives, etc. The effect of performance-related pay incentives is reduced.It is pressing to change idea of performance-related pay incentive form “the old idea, the old tradition” to “the new idea,the new approach”.At present post and performance-related pay system has an effect on job performance, mainly in terms of performance-related pay incentive and The influence of psychological and behavior for teachers. The research of the performance-related pay incentive about public higher vocational college help to solve the problem of the current performance-related pay incentive. In this paper, Guided by the performance salary incentive theory, combined with the research status at home and abroad, and made applied researches on performance-related pay incentive as typical ofQuanZhou public vocation colleges by a questionnaire, analysis of the problems and reasons, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Public higher vocational colleges should take various measures, from "average reward" to the "incentive compensation", give full play to the incentive effect of performance-related pay,promote formation of " great importance to performance and contribution" and "work more, superior blue-chip wages",Fully arouse the enthusiasm of teachers, initiative and creativity, promote the development of public higher vocational education.
