Research On The Optimization Of Quanzhou Higher Vocational College Students’ Employment Service

The aim of Quanzhou Higher Vocational College is to cultivate skilled, application oriented talents and to serve the economic and social development and industrial transformation of Quanzhou. Quanzhou higher vocational college employment service management is an important guarantee to achieve the goal of high employment rate, high quality employment. In this study, we investigate the status of employment service management of Higher Vocational Colleges in Quanzhou, and analyze the problems existing in the current employment service management and also the causes, and propose some suggestions, and to achieve the delicacy of management of College Students’ employment service.The study uses the method of questionnaire investigation and literature analysis. The research selects Quanzhou Vocational College Students Employment Service management institutions, the contents of employment services, the method of employment services and employment service teams these four parts. In the study, it is found that the current Quanzhou Higher Vocational College Students Employment Service Management is increasingly perfect, but there are still some problems, such as administrative management responsibilities unclear, employment service content is simple, extensive employment services and employment services team quality distinct greatly. This study combined the Quanzhou higher vocational college characteristics, satisfaction survey about employment service management and found that employment and training goal is disjointed, employment service mode does not adapt to the demand for personalization. These factors affected the Quanzhou higher vocational college employment service quality management. Therefore, this study attempts to introduce delicacy management theory. The study will take Quanzhou higher vocational colleges as examples and put forward some methods about employment service and improve employment services team construction and implementation of the recommendations for employment service in order to achieve the optimization of Quanzhou Higher Vocational College Students Employment service management. And to provide the reference for the delicacy, systematic and professional research of China’s higher vocational college students’ employment service management.
