| Enterprises in broadcasting and TV field that are experiencing strategic transformationneed to build competitive talent teams that are suitable for themselves, thus gettingprepared for the fierce competition in the market. In order to match up with the strategicchange of the industry, JSCN needs to consider how to establish a fair, orderly humanresource platform, promote the rational flow of human resource, mobilize the enthusiasmand positivity of staff to work, establish long-term operation system of the enterprisehuman resources, thus laying a solid foundation for the further development of thecompany. This paper takes Jiangsu Province Radio and TV Information Network Inc Suzhoubranch (hereinafter referred to as: JSCN) as the research object. By satisfaction survey, itthoroughly analyzes the human resources management status and the talent teamconstruction, combines with the company strategy, sets up principles and objectives for thecompany’s talent construction strategy, and finally establishes the JSCN Company’s talentechelon construction strategy and puts forward specific measures that facilitate thecompany’s talent echelon construction.The first part of the essay describes the background, content and significance of theresearch. The second part illustrates the related knowledge of human resource, humanresource development and management, talent echelon concepts and relevant theory. Thethird part analyzes the current situation of JSCN company personnel echelon, points outexisting problems, and provides quantitative data for the construction of enterprise talentteam through employee satisfaction survey. The fourth part focuses on the presentpersonnel problems in the company’s talent team, proposing strategic alternatives for talentechelon construction. The fifth part is a summary of the results of the essay, and looks tothe research direction for the next step.Though the research object of this paper is JSCN, since it includes the commonproblem faced in the integration progress of the three networks by the broadcasting and TVenterprises nationwide, this paper will play a certain reference role for the human resourcemanagement in other similar enterprises. |
