Dynamic capability is the ability of enterprise forecasting environment changes,identifing opportunities, and transforming themselves through the resources reconstructionand integration constantly, so as to adapt to the dynamic environment. Dynamic capabilityemphasises external environment interactionand internal reform,therefore its cultivation isvery abstract and complicated. Based on the proces perspective to study dynamic capabilitycultivation,first of all, we must identify dynamic capability cultivation process, which is alsothe general model of dynamic capability cultivation. According to the essence of dynamiccapability and the examples of cultivation practice, this thesis points out the content ofdynamic capability cultivation process: the cycle of environmental scanning---strategicdecision---process innovation activities. In the process of developing dynamic capability ofenterprises, firstly,we must scan environment. By doing this, the enterprise can know theinner and outer environment change, with the pressure of environmental change and fiercecompetition, the enterprise moves to the next step---making strategic decision, which is tofind out the opportunity and making the strategic plan; then,the enterprise moves to the laststep---process innovation activity, which is the process of knowledge innovation and resourcereconstruction.Next,through analyzing the dynamic capability cultivation process, we find that differentfactors affect diffrient steps of the dynamic capability cultivation process; and these factorsdirectly determines the effective operation of the procesthe and dynamic capability cultivation.Through the analysis we find that: the external environmental change and fierce competition,the enterprise information technology application level, enterprise culture, incentivemanagement system and organization structure influence the efficiency of environmentalscanning process. Environmental scanning process decides the quality of the information ofthe enterprise, the quality of the information, governance system and enterprise cultureinfluence the efficiency of enterprise opportunity recognition and strategy plan. Informationtechnology level, and enterprise relationship capital, incentive system, enterprise culture andorganizational structure affect the efficiency of the change of enterprise value chain.Comprehensive analyses the entire enterprise dynamic capability cultivation process,summarizing the characteristics of the influence factors, we find that the external environmentcharacteristics, enterprise information technology level, enterprise culture, enterprisemanagement, organization structure and relationship capital influence the efficiency of the enterprise dynamic capability cultivation process, which means that this five factors desidethe cultivation of enterprise dynamic capability.Since the abstraction and flexibility of enterprise dynamic capability cultivation, it isdifficult to establish the dynamic capability cultivation process and cultivating dynamiccapability by the conventional process management way directly. We must providefavorable conditions and overcome obstacles to cultivate dynamic capability. At last, thisthesis puts forward the strategies of enterprise foster dynamic capability. Firstly, to shape"transcend ourselves" as the core of enterprise culture as the power source of enterprisedynamic capability cultivation; secondly, establish flexible organizational structure to providestructure basis of dynamic capability cultivation; thirdly, changing the management system toptovide a regulation framework of dynamic capability cultivation; at last, promoting theenterprise the relationship capital to provide external support for dynamic capabilitycultivation.
