Since the reform and opening-up, aimed at catching up with the developed countries inthe world, the economic developmental level of our country has been improved quickly. Butthere are still some problems, such as the extensive economic growth mode, the weakness ofindependent innovation, and so on. During the critical period of economic transition, somemeasures are awaits to take urgently. With the entrance of the post industrial age of globaleconomy, service industry, especially the produce service industry has shown its characteristicthat it is representing the advanced productive force more and more clear. But the economicstructure of our country is still in low level, and the transition of industrial structure need to bequickened badly.Especially our country’s producer service is in the starting stage whichshows more urgency of rapid expansion.The backward of the producer service affected the industrial restructuring directly andslowed down the promotion of the productive forces level. Although some metropolitans likeBeijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen developed their producer services quickly,some provinces like Hebei and some provinces in the central and western regions are still inthe low level. This situation leaded to the awkward situation that the whole economicstructure can not be promoted in the same time. Although Hebei province located in theeconomic circle of Beijing and Tianjin, the economic the developmental level of it is farbehind the central and eastern regions, the key reason is the backward of its producer services.The present problems appeared in the economic development of Hebei province required thetransition and promotion of the industrial structure, which is develop the competitiveness ofthe producer services rapidly, while improve the transformation of economic growth mode,thus strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry.This paper made a research on the influences of manufacture made by producer servicesin Hebei province as the starting point and ending with the guidance of the theory ofeconomics, management, statistics, while it offered some proper suggestions to producerservices enterprises with the conclusion of this study. First, the paper introduced the background, significance, the review of domestic andforeign research, research thoughts, research methods, innovative point and insufficient of thepaper. Second, the paper made a research on the concept, classification, characteristics, and itsinteractive mechanism with the manufacture of the producer services, pointed out the birth ofproducer services is the inevitable trend of the manufacturing industrial upgrade and theinevitable outcome of the economic structural optimization. Third, the paper expounded thesituation of economic development in Hebei province; explained the developmental status ofproducer services, and made a qualitative analysis on the development of manufacture inHebei province according the conclusion of last chapter. Forth, the paper analyzed therelevance between the manufacture and producer services in Hebei province by usingstatistical analysis method and he linear regression method, including the relationship informs of static and dynamic, and concluded that the development of manufacture in Hebeiprovince is dependent on the producer services more and more. Fifth, according to theanalysis of the previous sections and aimed at the improvement of the economic structure ofHebei province,the paper offered some constructive suggestions to the government andproducer services enterprises, including the functions of the government and the jobs must bedone to develop producer services enterprises well, to improve the development of producerservices enterprises and the promotion of manufacturing upgrade. Sixth, this section is mainlyabout the conclusion and outlook. According to the qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis of the previous section shows that the development of producer services in HebeiProvince, it’s significant impact on the manufacturing sector, it has been proved that thetransition of economic structure in Hebei province needs the rapid expansion of the producerservices, and some related issues need research in depth.
