Research On The Development Of Productive Service Industry In Hebei Province

With the integration of the world economy,productive service industry has become a pillar industry in the developed countries,the development of the national economy,increase the value of productive service industry accounted for 70%of GDP in the region above,has become an important driving force to promote economic growth.At present,Chinese economic development is entering a new normal,economic growth is from a high speed to high speed,the economic growth mode from extensive mode to intensive growth of the original growth model,the growth momentum from the factor driven and investment driven to innovation driven.Hebei Province as the industrial structure of the economy,to the production capacity,adjust the structure,the way the task is urgent and arduous.In the key period of "13th Five-Year",both to ensure the province's capacity to work achieved remarkable results,structural adjustment has taken substantial steps,but also to ensure that economic growth is maintained at a reasonable space,must dig and play a supporting role and potential production services.Hebei Province,the development of producer services has a certain scale,but compared with the requirements of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode,there are still gaps and deficiencies in many aspects,supporting role to be improved and strengthened.This paper uses the combined method of qualitative and quantitative,through the association of productive service industry and manufacturing industry analysis development status of the producer services,the objective evaluation of producer services contribution to the economic growth rate of Hebei Province,find out the development of productive service industry weaknesses and potential space,combined with the Beijing Tianjin Hebei faces Hebei collaborative development and some historical opportunities from increased financial support,expanding the scope and proportion of manufacturing outsourcing,optimization of production service industry internal structure,enhance the production service industry,strong impetus to large environmental protection services and other aspects put forward the development ideas and initiatives.
