Sino-Iranian economic cooperation in the economic sphere in recent years continue to deepen and expand, Between the two countries in political, cultural exchanges have been increasingly close. However, the research of China to Iran overall economic strategy is still relatively weak. The favorable factors:China’s macroeconomic trends is good and actively support the "going out" development strategy; Iran’s macroeconomic trend is good and actively attract foreign investment; China and Iran share strong economic complementarities. The negative factors:nuclear crisis escalates affect the economic security of China for Iran.
