Research On Enterprise Ecological Motivation In Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Area

With the global ecological environment problem is increasingly serious, China has placed ecological civilization construction on an important strategic position. Qinghai province has established the eco-province strategy. Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Area located in the northwest of Qinghai province, has important ecological position, and is one of the main contributors for economic development of Qinghai. Facing economic development and the fragile ecological environment, Qaidam must find the balance between developing the economy and protecting environment. As the micro subject of Qaidam, enterprise ecological development is one of the effective means to realize both economic and environmental benefit in Qaidam. Therefore, the article constructed enterprise ecological motivation index system on the foundation of combing the previous research results, chose 12 representative enterprises in Qaidam, and evaluated their ecological motivation effects by using entropy TOPSIS method. The results of evaluation indicate that the overall level of enterprise ecological motivation is not high, its effectiveness is general, external motivation is stronger than internal motivation, and each motivation factors is not yet given fully play to the role. Enterprise ecology is in the stage of compulsory coordination development. Finally, the article put forth some suggestions to enhance enterprise ecological motivation in Qaidam. Researching on enterprise ecological motivation in Qaidam will complement the empirical research of enterprise ecological motivation, and will have reference value for government to make ecological development policy and for enterprises to make ecological development strategies.
