Research On Industrial Enterprises' Environmental Performance Evaluation In Qaidam Circular Economy Test Area

It has become an important strategic issue to reduce the negative impact of the enterprise production activities on the ecological environment while gaining economic benefits in industrial production activities.The levels of industrial enterprises' environmental performance in Qaidam circular economy test area directly affects Qaidam circular economy test area's economic transformation and upgrading industry structure.It also plays a crucial role in the realization of national circular economy model zone and circular economy leading area.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the industrial enterprises' environmental performance in Qaidam circular economy test area.On the basis of existing research results,combining with delphi method,this article established the industrial enterprises' environmental performance indicator system in Qaidam Circular Economy Test Area.Both entropy value method and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each indicator in the paper.The score of industrial enterprises' environmental performance in Qaidam Circular Economy Test Area from 2005 to 2015 was calculated by a linear weighting method.The results show that shortage coexisted with effectiveness,and the overall situation was not optimistic.The level of its environmental performance from 2005 to 2015 maintained a fluctuate momentum.A sustainable growth mechanism in improving the environmental performance has not formed.Establishing chain of circular industry and upgrading the technology level have been the key measures to improving the levels of industrial enterprises' environmental performance in Qaidam circular economy test area.At last,management implications were put forward.
