With the advent of the knowledge economy, competition between enterprises isbeing increased, and talent becomes important resources for enterprises to cope withforeign competition. Human resources become the focus of management, the mostimportant part of human resources management is how to establish the appropriateorganizational characteristics of the performance appraisal system. So developingappropriate performance appraisal system became an important work of modernenterprises. Hebei X Electronic Technology Corporation is the national certificationof high-tech enterprises, which has internationally advanced production and testingequipment and in the domestic leading position in the industry. Although XElectronic Technology Corporation has developed rapidly in recent years, but withthe expansion of the scale of business enterprise, human resource management canā€™tkeep pace with the business development. Research of human resources of XElectronic Technology Corporation human resources can help to understand thecomposition of X Electronic Technology Corporation to find problems in theelectronic performance appraisal, and constructing scientific and rationalperformance appraisal system, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, improveefficiency, and enable enterprises to innovation activity, apart from the competitionin the market, thus completing the enterprise "Twelve-Five Plan" duringdevelopment.X Electronic Technology Corporation is the research object of this article, andthis article starting with performance examination of related research theory, usingtheory analysis and case research phase combined of method, analysising companyperformance examination status and performance examination in the exists ofproblem of X Electronic Technology Corporation, through on existing problem ofanalysis and on the company of post evaluation, and combined existing theoryresearch, and made for X Electronic Technology Corporation of performanceexamination system improved program. Finally, according to the results ofperformance evaluation, X Electronic Technology Corporation should makemeasures to staff training payment of salaries, salary level adjustment as well aspromotions and transfers, make full play of performance assessment system.
