With the fast development of the economic in China, lots of the private enterprises had been booming up. Meanwhile, it has been revealed the defects and difficulties in managing such private enterprises, which had already directly affected their survival. Human resource management is a core component in the advanced enterprise management, which also share the equal importance in managing the private enterprises. The key emphasis for Human Resource Management in private enterprises is how to attract and hire the high qualified and competent candidates and how to improve and enhance the current human resource structure. The effective recruitment management helps the private enterprises not only to get the human resources supplied on a timely manner but also to provide the possibility to build a more effective team.This dissertation takes X Group Company as a real instance to identify the problems that X Group Company is facing with in its staff recruitment management, which are lack of the integrated Human Resource Planning, lack of the effective recruitment plan, limited exploration and application of recruitment channel, lack of effective selecting strategy and lack of the evaluation of recruitment management. Analysis such existing problems based on the theories of effective recruiting and matching, Considering the theories of Competency framework, structured interview and behavior based interview skills, propose the relevant improvement plans to enhance the effectiveness and quality of staff recruitment management in X Group Company. The proposed improvement plans are focusing on Humana resource planning, Recruiting planning, Recruitment channel management, Selecting mechanism, and Recruiting evaluation, and the relevant mechanism is also proposed to ensure the successfully implementing such plans. The recommended improvement plans may help X Group Company to performance better in its staff recruitment management.
