Enterprise Culture Construction Research Based On Internet Platform

In this paper, I personally participate in the national network of group enterprise culture construction of the Internet platform project work experience as the starting point, comparing the domestic and foreign situation of enterprise culture research, combined with the related theory, through describing the process of platform, function, operation mechanism and effect, analysis of the Internet platform of enterprises, especially large enterprises, the significance of the building of enterprise culture, sum up the experience, and expect to be able to provide a good reference for the similar enterprises.Enterprise culture is the core competitiveness of enterprises, it is the cornerstone of long-term development of enterprises, good corporate culture is the enterprise that has the necessary conditions for sustainable development of the power and vitality. At the same time, the outbreak of Internet technology is affecting people’s lives and thinking ways, so that affects all aspects of the industry almost no dead angle. This article combined with the enterprise culture construction and the Internet platform two key links of enterprise management in this context, Study the construction of enterprise culture based on Internet technology from different angles. According to the structure and the main purpose of the case study, the paper hopes to summarize and extract the new model of enterprise culture construction in the Internet era through the process description and result analysis of the national network platform.The first part focuses on the analysis of the Internet era enterprise culture present situation and characteristics, and also elaborated based on the Internet of the spirit of enterprise culture level, system level, behavior level and material aspects of the new ways of building, and puts forward the challenges based on Internet enterprise culture construction.
