A Study On The Influence Of Enterprise Social Capital And Knowledge Integration Capability On The Knowledge Transfer Performance

With the rapid development of economy and science, the enterprise products andtechnology are being promoted continuous renewal, which makes the competition betweenenterprises becoming more and more complicated, the enterprise’s competition developsthe new stage of the enterprise social network’s competition from single enterprise’scompetition. The role of enterprise social capital’s growing in this competition, on onehand, is because of more scarce heterogeneous resources which provided to enterprise byenterprise social capital as a special kind of resources, and on the other hand, thecultivation of enterprise social capital can improve the enterprise knowledge managementbetter, so as to enhance the utilization ratio of resources. The enterprises are paying moreand more attention to the construction of social capital with all kinds of knowledge, and ithas tend to openness, collaborative and dynamic integration,although there are a lot ofresearch on social capital and enterprise knowledge, but the research of this aspect is stillnot comprehensive. In the circumstances that our country is advocating independentinnovation and changing economic growth pattern, the paper carries out empirical studyon the relationship between enterprise social capital and knowledge transfer performancecombining the fact that the ’knowledge’ issues restrict the development of economy, whichis of great social value.A large number of relevant materials are consulted in the research, on that basis, theauthor puts forward the angle of view of the paper that discussing the impact of enterprisesocial capital on knowledge transfer performance from the angle of knowledge integrationcapability, and constructs and overall analyzed the concept model: enterprise social capital(internal capital, external capital)-knowledge integration capability (systematic ability,socialize ability, collaborative ability)-knowledge transfer performance. Then, theempirical study on Xi’an high technique enterprises discusses the relationship between thevariables, and focus on the analysis of the role of knowledge integration ability in therelationship between enterprise social capital and knowledge transfer performance. Themajor findings are as follows:First, it has positive correlation relationship between the enterprise social capital andknowledge transfer performance. The study discuss the relationship between enterprisesocial capital and knowledge transfer performance from both internal and external aspects,the empirical results indicate that the both aspects have positive effect on knowledge transfer performance. It can be known that, from the results of the study, social capital isan important factor that affects knowledge transfer performance.Second, all the dimensions of enterprise internal social capital have positive effects onknowledge integration capability and knowledge transfer performance, and so does theenterprise external social capital. The empirical results indicate that the enterprise hasgood internal and external social capital level, which is good at promoting the enterprise’sknowledge integration capability and knowledge transfer performance.Third, the knowledge integration capability plays an medium role in the influence ofenterprise social capital to knowledge transfer performance. From the impact path of thevariables, one can see that enterprise social capital not only has a direct impact on theknowledge transfer performance, but also affect it indirectly through knowledgeintegration ability, thus explain the medium impact of the knowledge integrationcapability in the positive influence of enterprise social capital to knowledge transferperformance.
