In the era of knowledge economy, competition among enterprises in the final analysis human resource competition, thus, electricity repair and maintenance enterprises should adapt to this trend and judge the actual situation according to their own specific, securing the enterprise human resources management. To the assessment of the needs of human resource and available human resources evaluation analysis to determine the specific project requirements, so as to we can plan enterprise human resources construction and implementation of specific project scale, the unique organization structure, as well as project team management and after the completion of the project of the actual project team sent scheme. Design the human resources of performance management system and flow management system.
