With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasingly fiercecompetition, the weakness in core technology, innovation ability etc. of domesticenterprises is becoming more and more obvious. However, R&D capability isclosely related to enterprise development and is the foundation of company’ssurvival and growth. At present, the performance of R&D management in Chinesecompanies is not optimistic. There are still some weak points in R&D management.In actual R&D management activities, it lacks high efficient R&D managementsystem which conforms to company’s own character. For a company, to survive anddevelop in the environment of fierce market completion, the existing problems inR&D management must be highlighted. These problems have been evolved into abottleneck to company growth. In order to resolve these problems, the key is toestablish a high efficient R&D management system.The author selects own company, S Valve company, as an object to explore howto create high efficient product R&D management system. Starting from the realityof S Valve company, referring to author’s practical working experience, combiningsome management knowledge and principles, to analyze the status quo of productstrategy, organization structure, R&D process and R&D HR management, all of theproblems in each module are analyzed and optimized in detail. Hope that by study onthis thesis, it can be some valuable reference to S Valve Company or domesticenterprises in terms of R&D management. |
