Nowadays, one of the greatest challenges companies have to face is the change towards flexibleand demand-driven production. Airborne products has into a new period of market demanddiversification. Multi-categories and small batch production has been the mainstream, the Airborneproduct design and production management faced on a new, higher requirements Challenge. How toimprove product quality, reduce production costs, shorten the production cycle to meet userrequirements became many factory’s primary task. The production mode of airborne productionenterprises are the Multi-categories and small batch production, the production organization andmanagement has been unable to adapt to the market demand for diverse situation. And shouldtherefore be optimized production logistics management mode on the basis of using the latestmanufacturing philosophy, seeking to fit the current production status management mode.The paper first analyzes the concept and characteristics of production logistics, productionlogistics system design content and principles, characteristics and advantages of lean production, thelimitations of lean production system in the Multi-categories and small batch production. Althoughlean production has many advantages such as lower costs, reduce waste, but still need to betransformation, must be combined with the actual development and application of new productionorganization and management mode.Secondly, on the basis of the basic characteristics of the XH, production logistics and XHtypical production processes, we clearly pointed out XH enterprise is Multi-categories and small lotmode of production enterprises. Although XH applied the lean production, but the overallmanagement level is not high, the effect is not ideal. Therefore must be optimized according to theactual design, and not applied lean production blindly.Against the basic situation and bottlenecks of enterprises, We propose production logisticsoptimization program, lays out a blueprint for the reform of the enterprise forward with the basic ideaof process reengineering; use TOC and object-oriented Petri net system for modeling business process,according to which to analyze the main problems of XH enterprises; design Agent-based integratedsystem of flexible production planning and production scheduling; build a lean organization accordingto the value stream; propose XH production logistics process reengineering, integrated informationsystems and organizational restructuring of the specific programs.Based on the problem of manufacturing production logistics system of XH, four countermeasures be put forward, such as rethink orders receive and production planning, improvedsupply management and warehouse layout.
