Along with economic globalization and regional economic integration levels rising, theexternal environment in which companies increasingly fierce competition. It lead company tobuild and maintain a competitive advantage through improved company performance andinnovation etc., instead of by the traditional factors of its size, price, specialization degree etc.Empowerment management as an effective management to motivate employees and theirinnovativeness, and improve organizational performance, have very important impact tocompetitiveness of enterprises.Domestic and foreign scholars have extensively studied the meaning and factors ofempowerment, and its’ impact on company performance. However lack of research on theempowerment principles and the effective control empowerment basing on realities and casestudies,however which are further discussed in my case study.The study, taking VS Company as the object, has more thorough research and analysis onthe implementation of empowerment management in R&D design review: After theimplementation of empowerment from the initial state of the crisis-ridden to laterempowerment change, problem was solved finally. It deeply analyzes the reason ofempowerment leading to completely different results before and after the change ofempowerment management, and then summarizes results of this case revelation, namelycomplying with empowerment principles and effective control is the key to validempowerment.This paper further extends the empowerment and its principles, authorization controltheory applied to enterprise management practice. It provides a meaningful reference for theempowerment of enterprise, and especially of R&D team. The results of this study has acertain significance for the enterprise, especially the R&D team empowerment management.This study includes two parts: introduction and text, is divided into five chapters. Themain part consists of the case part (the second and third chapters) and the case analysis part(the fourth chapter). Finally is the conclusion of this paper, reviews, summarizes the researchachievements, the harvest and insufficient.
