In recent years, the term "empowerment" has become a buzzword in the business world, and the practice of the theory of empowerment in the academic world has gradually increased. This is related to the Internet's improvement of the human resource endowment environment, resulting in changes and advances in the demand motive force of human resources. The traditional incentive method is not enough to enhance employee motivation, and empowerment has become the focus of managers. As the largest online public social media company in China,W Company has the highest penetration rate of campus users. The high campus user penetration rate is inseparable from the efforts of the campus channel work team.In the campus channel team, most of the members are students currently enrolled at the college. They are in the active life stage, and they are in a relatively loosely organized environment.Judging from the feedback from W company on campus channels, traditional incentives are not enough to stimulate their internal motivation.Based on this, this study, through interviews with W company campus channel management and student team members, found that empowerment is more suitable for student teams than traditional incentive methods, and the study chose "W company campus channel student team empowerment system design" as the title of the thesis. This study analyzes the campus channels of W company through three research methods:literature research, interviews, and questionnaires.Through the questionnaire survey of W company's campus channel student team, combined with the previous interviews with management and student team members,we found different characteristics of the student team and the formal team,as well as the empowerment needs of the student team at the psychological, organizational and leadership levels.Based on the above findings, this study combines the empowerment potential of W company with the practical experience of organizations and enterprises at home and abroad, with the student team as the empowerment object and the promotion of psychological empowerment as the foothold, designing the empowerment system that meets the objectives of the campus channel organization. The empowerment system includes three parts:the empowerment method at the organizational level, the empowerment method at the leadership level, and safeguard measures. The internalization of the empowerment system is closely related, and the implementation of each empowerment method follows a certain logical sequence. The implementation process cooperates with each other and is supplemented by safeguard measures. In the design process of the empowerment system, this study found that organizations with loosely structured systems are more likely to transform into empowered organizations. The innovation of this research lies in the selection of the empowerment object and the design of the empowerment system. The W campus channel student team is a part-time team composed of students in the school. After they enter the workplace in the future, they will have the opportunity to work in various fields. There is scant researchare on them as empowerment objects. The study has substantial forward-looking significance. The design of the empowerment system summarizes the empowerment methods of organizations and enterprises in domestic and foreign countries, integrating the empowerment methods into a system, making the wholesystem reproducible and dynamically adjusted according to the team status.Through the design and implementation of the empowerment system, the existing incentive problems of the W company campus channel are solved, the enthusiasm of the student team members is enhanced, and the win-win relationship between the W company campus channel organization goal achievement and the student team member personal growth is realized.
