With the arrival of global economic integration and Chinese economic developmentprocess is accelerating, Chinese enterprise is in an important period of industrialtransformation and upgrading of the deepening of reform and opening up, the human resourceis getting more and more important role in the enterprise competition, focus on pay attentionto the feelings of employees, improve employee well-being becomes more and moreimportant to the companies. A company is a large state-owned power enterprises insouth area, after ten years of development, in the new situation of developmentenvironment, is facing the huge market opportunities, also faces enormous challenges, how toenhance the well-being of employees, coordinate the pace the cohesion of the people, a newjourney leading employees to join the development of the company, is an important taskin front of A company.In this paper, study employee well-being related theory as the guide, based on the presentsituation of A company employee well-being is literature research method, interviewmethod, questionnaire and expert consultation method analysis, found out the existing mainproblems and finally to solve the problem of optimization design. The study found, the majorproblems affecting A company employee well-being: work and safety pressure, overtime andleave, salary satisfaction, fair feelings, communication satisfaction, physical and mentalhealth. In the implementation of employee well-being enhancement mechanism of Acompany, this study proposes the following suggestions:(1) to strengthen the construction ofsafety skill and cultural development, and lay a solid foundation for security;(2) improvethe working and living conditions, fulfill employee’s requirement;(3) strengthen the fairnessand justice, pay attention to communication and coordination;(4)clear employee’sresponsibility, work flow, to enhance their professional ability and work efficiency;(5) andcultivate a positive attitude, improve employee health level;(6)guiding valueorientation, enhance their ability of happiness.Based on the lifting mechanism of employee happiness to A company, from theoreticaland practical perspective to explore a set of suitable for A company employeewell-being improvement ideas and methodology, to improve the management levelof A company, A company’s future development and the strategic target realization to make contribution, also provides beneficial reference and enhance the research sense for allenterprise within the industry employee happiness.
