With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s livingstandard," well-being " has been increasingly concerned and emphasized. In today’ssociety, talent is the key to the capital for the survival and development of enterprises,but also the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, If enterprises can meet thewell-being of employees, employees will return business with professionalism anddedication, which is a positive interaction with the ideal relationship between theemployee and enterprise. In order to achieve the enterprises interests and the interests ofemployees of the goal of win-win, enterprises and employees have payed more andmore attention to organizational socialization, person-organization fit and employeewell-being. To realize the value of the pursuit and meet demand, well-being isincreasingly becoming the primary factor in choosing a career for employees; in orderto attract and retain talented employees, enterprises should not only focus on theselection and matching of enterprise employees, but also to take the initiative toimprove organizational socialization of employees, allowing employees to experience astrong sense of well-being. So, studying the relationship of organizational socialization,person-organization fit and employee well-being systematically and thoroughly canurge enterprises to better adjust the relationship between organizational socialization,person-organization fit and employee well-being to achieve greater efficiency, whichhas an important guiding significance to the development of enterprises and employees.At present, research on organizational socialization and employee well-being hasmade considerable achievements. However, the research of the relationship betweenorganizational socialization and employee well-being in the context of Chinese culture isrelatively small. And research in the western cultural context are difficult to be applieddirectly to the Chinese enterprises. This article plans to explore the relationship betweenorganizational socialization and employee well-being, and grope for the intermediaryrole of person-organization fit. Based on the reliability of scales, we processed theobtained data by analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and pathanalysis, and we get main conclusion as following:(1) Employee well-being is not significant differences in demographic variables.While there are differences in position and title: The well-being of senior managers is higher than the general staff and first-line supervisors; The well-being of senioremployee is higher than that in the low post staff.(2) All dimensions of organizational socialization has different effect onemployee well-being: Organizational culture socialization and interpersonalsocialization has a significant positive influence on employee well-being.Organizational political socialization significant negatively impacts on employeewell-being, while working competent socialization on the impact of employeewell-being is not significant.(3) Person-organization fit plays an intermediary role in the relationship oforganizational socialization and employee well-being. A combination of organizationalsocialization and person-organization fit can enhance employee well-being.
