| With the impact of modern logistics on the modern economy continuous improved,major enterprises need to have very strong logistics capabilities, which have a critical rolein corporate development and economic development. Enterprises must not only to establishtheir own best logistics mode, it is to provide good service for customers. However, thelimited nature of the traffic is a problem we must face, if we want to improve our transportefficiency, we will solve our own transport vehicle scheduling problem. Therefore, thevehicle dispatch center is essential.This article starts with the status of existing vehicles dispatch center in Xi’an, finds theweakness of the traditional scheduling model which based on the preparation of their ownexperience by artificial means. With the example of the Shaanxi International LogisticsVehicle Operations Command Center, breaking the weakness to make it a powerful citycomprehensive logistics information platform which provides real-time vehicle source andsupply information. According to the traffic conditions, it will provide the optimalintegrated transport solutions, and command the vehicle management scientifically. Thisstarts analysis of its business model with its top ten functions, and by establishing the modelto make decisions for its profitable operation mode. Then it is concluded that the optimalprofit model is integrated mode by applying the method of TOPSIS evaluation analysis,which meets the concept of the project construction plan. Finally, with a simple analysis ofits economic effects, this can clearly conclude the positive economic benefits of the projectconstruction, such as the agglomeration effect on regional transportation, reducing theoverall logistics costs etc. Simultaneously, we should paying attention to avoid somepossible negative economic effect, such as the external diseconomies. In short，This paperdemonstrates the role of the vehicle dispatch center on the overall level of logistics industryin many ways. |
