Research On Information Development Of Fujian Petrochemical Co.Ltd

The rapid development of information technology accelerates thearrival of new economic era, provides a more secure and efficienttechnology for the further development of petrochemical industrysimultaneously, and then improves the work efficiency, productioncapacity as well as the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Recently,Fujian Petrochemical Co. Ltd (FPCL) conducts the informationconstruction closely around its development strategy and core business,actively promotes the information construction with the main line of ERP,steadily pushes forward the information system construction in bothproduction level and management level of company, and lays emphasison information team construction, all of which play an important role insupporting the reform, development and management of company.With the current situation of informatization of FPCL and basic theoryand method of information strategy as the basis, and the conduction ofenterprise information development planning as the core, this paperconducts a research on the vision and planning content of informationdevelopment of company and discusses the current situation, problemand demand of information construction of FPCL. Through analysis andstudy of theory and concept such as connotation, phases and function ofenterprise informatization, this thesis aims to achieve a correctunderstanding of the inherent law of enterprise informatization and itsfunction to promote the development of company, so as to deeplyunderstand the role of information strategic planning in guiding theinformation construction in company. On that basis, this paper conducts afurther study on the enterprise information strategic planning content,method and principle.This thesis will study some of characteristics of petrochemical enterprise systematically, and explore an information development waywhich not only can be fit for development of petrochemical enterprise,but also can rapidly improve the competitiveness of company. Therefore,this paper has reference significance for the further informationdevelopment of enterprise in practice.
