Risk Management And Research On Tea Export Trade Of Donghe Company Under The Background Of Green Barrier

There are various risks in the foreign trade of enterprises.As a traditional export agricultural product,tea has good market competitiveness and position in the domestic market..However,with the change of the international economic situation,Tea export of China has encountered some risks and problems.For example,many countries have introduced strict technical trade barrier for tea export of China,which severely restricted tea import of China.As an important tea export market in China,Japan continuously improves the safety and hygiene standards of Chinese tea,which undoubtedly restricts the export of Chinese tea and causes a huge blow to many tea export enterprises in China.Based on the background of green trade barriers and the micro samples of Donghe company,From the perspective of tea export to Japan,this paper discusses the risks of Donghe company's export trade.Identifies,analyzes and evaluates the risks of Donghe company's export of tea,According to the current situation of the company's production and operation,this paper further puts forward the risk response strategy based on the background of trade barriers,which is in line with the actual situation of Donghe company,so that the company can effectively control the risk in the tea export trade,maintain good business performance of the enterprise.This paper is divided into five parts to study the risk management of Donghe company's export trade.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the outstanding research results at home and abroad,and provides a reliable theoretical support for the follow-up research of the paper.The second part introduces the related theories,such as green barrier and its influence,risk types and characteristics of foreign trade,the method of risk identification and evaluation.The third part comprehensively introduces the production and operation status of Donghe company.Taking the positive list system of Japan as an example,the characteristics of green trade barrier and its influence on export enterprises are analyzed in detail.Based on this,we use "expert investigation method" and "Delphi method" to identify the export risk factors of Donghe company.In the fourth part,based on "expert investigation method" and "risk matrix method",the risk assessment system of tea export is established,and a series of risk factors identified are evaluated.The fifth part puts forward specific countermeasures according to the results of the risk assessment of the export trade faced by Donghe company,in order to improve the current export dilemma of tea export enterprises and enhance the overall operating efficiency of enterprises.This paper has formed the following conclusions: first,this paper makes a targeted identification and assessment of the main risks faced by Donghe company in the tea export trade under the green barriers,and finds that the main risk factors of Donghe company at present are policy risk,quality risk,management risk and other risks.The probability of occurrence and the level of influence of various risk factors are summarized,and the severity of the existing risk is calculated.Second,the company's management ability is very important in risk management.It can be seen from the evaluation results that the main problem of Donghe company's tea export under the green trade barrier is that the company lacks the corresponding management structure.Third,under the green trade barriers,the risks and pressures faced by enterprises in export trade will be further increased.Donghe company should strengthen the in-depth docking and Research on the green technical barriers and trade technical regulations,take appropriate measures and methods to avoid trade risks and effectively reduce the export risks and losses of enterprises' products.
