The Study On Enterprise Competitiveness Based On The Generalized Model Of Supply Chain

With the development of economic globalization and the increasing ofmarket competition, enterprises are no longer the main part of marketcompetition, the Zero-sum competition pattern between enterprises haschanged into the pattern between supply chain, and this competitionrelationship will be extended to the competition and cooperation relationship,enterprises can not just rely on their own strength, they should combined withother corporate resources to compensate for their weakness, therefore, theability to integrate and use the other advantage resources of the supplychain has become a part of the competitiveness of enterprises, this paperestablishes an evaluation system of the competitiveness of enterprises basedon the generalized model of supply chain.This paper summarized the research on supply chain and enterprisecompetence theory, described the generalized model of supply chain, andestablished the relationship between the generalized supply chain andenterprise competitiveness, constructed the evaluation system of enterprisecompetitiveness based on the generalized model of supply chain by usingAHP and fuzzy evaluation methods, qualitative and quantitative researchmethods,and then through the calculation of enterprise competitiveness indexto evaluate enterprises competitiveness, finally made a case study.
