barriers,aircraft maintenance requires high skill level of maintenance staff,and the training demand for maintenance staff is also increasing year by year.Increasing the competitiveness of enterprises through training has become the focus of more and more enterprise management work.This paper takes ST Company as the research object,adopts the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire and so on,draws on the premise of training,competency,qualifications theoretical models and training system related theoretical models,and conducts an investigation and analysis of the current situation of ST company’s training.The deficiencies of the current training system are sorted out,including the insufficient implementation of the training system,the failure of the existing training to meet the needs of employees for practical skills improvement and the unsound organization and evaluation feedback system of the training,and the reasons are analyzed.In order to solve the problems existing in the current training system and establish a set of sound and practical training system for training maintenance staff,this paper takes the actual situation of maintenance staff training in ST company as the starting point,according to the necessity of aircraft maintenance personnel in continuous training,through a large number of surveys,questionnaires and behavioral event interviews,The qualifications and requirements of different levels of maintenance personnel are summarized,and the existing training system is further optimized based on the guidance of the company’s strategic planning.The optimized training system clarifies the training management requirements from the organizational level,clarifies the responsibilities of the training person in charge,and increases the intensity of training supervision;The improvement of training needs analysis and training evaluation is added to the process system;In terms of curriculum system,combined with the vertical analysis of the post qualification requirements,according to the post qualification standards,it is clear that the senior post qualification personnel should have both technical and technological positions,emphasizing decision-making and innovation.The junior qualification personnel can only carry out and complete relevant work tasks according to the company’s rules and regulations.Combined with the horizontal analysis of the post qualification requirements,the post qualification of employees mainly includes five aspects:professional theoretical knowledge and skills,employment experience,qualification,competence and performance assessment.At the same time,summarize the management courses based on qualifications theory and the technical courses based on qualifications
