Since the paper is entitled to "The Research of Designing Enterprise Projectmanagement ", the focus of the paper lies in project management and designingenterprise,and the aim of the paper is to grope models, methods, organizationalmodels and personnel composition fit for project management for the designingenterprise that is relatively weak in the design of it, and to simultaneous analyze andfind out the design enterprise members’ duties, responsibilities and authority.In order to achieve the above object as much as possible, the first chapterproposes the background and significance of research for project management, liststhe relevant reference and describes the structure of the paper. Contrast, lists,examples, analysis, reference and other means have been used in this paper focusingon analysis of four main factors which are schedule management, scope management,lifecycle management and quality control that play a very important role in the designfirm. Through the exposition of four chapters, some methods are found for designenterprises to make the project management better. And by the contrast and analysisof three organizational forms, the conclusion made in this paper is that matrixorganizational model is more appropriate for designing enterprise currently,determining that organizational forms can make the composition of staff within theorganization and their duties, responsibilities and authority more clearly.For design enterprises, project management is the starting point of allmanagement issues, as well as the desired ultimate goal of it. Therefore, theimprovement process of project management in a design enterprise will be animprovement process of integrated management, rather than special managementimprovement. project management is not management of cost, schedule, scope andother factors. Instead, managers should host comprehensive view of the role of thesefactors in project management, and have a deep and clear understanding that the fourbasic factors are interact and inextricably linked in the project management.
