However, some companies still lack the means to compete effectively, and in the aspect of enterprise information, decision-making on enterprise projects, valuation, market and other major issues have a decisive influence on the degree of information technology and enterprise networks, software utilization and the effect of effective project management software is not good and also restricting the further understanding of the enterprise market and sustainable development.Project management concepts in recent years both in the field of theory and practice circles, have become a hot spot is also difficult. Unprecedented emphasis on project management, various companies are actively introducing the software project management in the entire software product life cycle of software projects for effective management and control.
