The Implementation Program Of Scope And Schedule Management For KN Cable Corporation IT Project

With the development of information technology, companies need more ITprojects to enhance market competitiveness. There are three major issues in IT projectmanagement in KN cable corporation: Uncertainty requirements which leading thesystem function cannot match the business requirements. Unclear scope of the projectwhich makes uncertainty activities to developer. Chapter4, using the agiledevelopment process for scope management. To provide an implementation plan forscope definition and scope verification. Chapter5, to put the critical chain into theschedule management, to make practical schedule plan through compression activitiestime, define critical chain with activities relationship and resource constraints, set thetime buffer and other related methodsThe article draws on existing domestic and international research, summarizesrelated management experiences, according to the actual problem of KN cablecorporation, it makes the relevant theoretical knowledge and methods apply into therequirements management, scope management and schedule management, provide animplementation program to ensure the project match business requirements andobjectives according to the plan.
