State-owned Steel Structure Manufacture Enterprise’ Performance Appraisal Study On The Basis Of Enterprise Value Strategy

Because of the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection,durable, easy to recycle, Steel structure received national attention and being rapiddevelopment in recent years. State-owned steel structure manufacturing enterprisesresponse policy and has become the vanguard of the steel structure industrydevelopment. However, in the process of actual operation, state-owned steel structuremanufacture enterprise widespread have low return on investment, resources utilizationand low light weight scale benefit and inferior sustainable development ability whichcauses the overall weakly competitive power. As of the internal market further opening,market competition, the state-owned steel structure manufacture enterprise is facingchallenge of foreign enterprise, private enterprise,joint venture. Therefore, how to playthe overall advantages of state-owned steel structure manufacture enterprise,how tobuild enterprise core competitive advantages, become the enterprise developmentimportant topic. In this paper, based on the characteristics and requirements ofstate-owned steel structure manufacturing enterprises, we study and put forward thestate-owned steel structure manufacture enterprise’s management performanceevaluation model and evaluation index system, the performance evaluation methods. soIt has a certain theoretical and practical significance.At first, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign existing enterpriseperformance, and introduces the state-owned steel structure manufacturing enterpriseproduction characteristics, management model, business model, analyzes the problemswhich exists in the performance evaluation system, and points out the strategic value ofthe advantages of the business performance evaluation system, discusses the necessityof promoting enterprise performance evaluation system based on strategic value.Secondly, On the basis of comprehensive illustrations of enterprise value strategy,performance evaluation theory, this paper comprehensively analyzes the strategy of theenterprise value, and the influence three elaborates the strategy of the enterprise valuestrategy, namely source of value, image value power and value system, establish a valuestrategy triangle, and sums up the influence of the three strategies driving factors, thenbuilds the state-owned steel structure performance evaluation model of manufacturingenterprises.Then, Based on the performance appraisal model and judgment on the main body of enterprise value, with the reference of latest research on EVA, BSC, the paperdesigned the key performance indicators on the respects of enterprise value sources,value drivers, and value image on state-owned steel structure manufacture enterprise.Finally, this paper introduce notes of standard data collection, evaluation indexcycle, index decomposition.Comparing with several common enterprise businessperformance evaluation methods, select a method that combine Analytical HierarchyProcess(AHP) with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),establish a multi-levelfuzzy comprehensive evaluation model (AHP-FCE),Take operating conditions of the JGcompany in2013as an example, identify the reasons of the lower performance,and putforward suggestions of performance improvement.
