State-owned enterprises lack awareness of PR,resulting in some of the media,the public and even state-owned enterprises "demonized" misreading. Since2008,the domestic surge in corporate PR crisis,such as the large state-owned China Mobileis not only not spared,on the contrary more and more social side concerns, from theenterprise itself,to adapt to the current situation of the development of publicrelations strategies and more research need attention.At present,China research for the theory and practice of public relations has alot, but specifically to the study of public relations strategies for large state-ownedenterprises was only in recent years,attention,and for state-owned enterprises in theforefront of the market closest, most competitive enterprise communicationsoperators PR strategy research is still small. This article is based on JS PR strategy tomove the company to continuously reform and development in the study wereanalyzed by the status quo of corporate public relations strategy,to find deficienciesand propose improvement measures, so as to move the company to developadaptation JS restructuring and development requirements of the new strategic publicrelations strategy to provide practical implementation of the road map. Meanwhile,research methods and results of this study can be later refined and improved publicrelations strategy in terms of research on the same and similar industries to providesome reference for.
