A Research On Development Of Rural-urban Land Conversion In Dongguan From The Perspective Of The Healthy Development Of Urbanization

With China s social and economic developing，the demand for urban and ruralconstruction land is expanding rapidly. Rural-urban land conversion is promotingindustrialization and urbanization. Meanwhile，it lend to a major adjustments for the patternof property rights and interests，induce multiple contradictions and social problems.Government land acquisition as the dominant mode of rural-urban land conversion has causedwidespread controversy，Rural collective construction land access to the market directlyreceived a warm response.Dongguan is located in the forefront of reform and opening up，Guangdong Province，as one of the core cities in the Pearl River Delta urban development group，also said to be theworld factory. Its level of industrialization and urbanization is in the forefront. Itsdevelopment is based on the development of township enterprises in the initial stage, and alonger period of time. Villages and towns have set up factories buildings to attract foreigninvestment. Rural collective economic organizations started to liberate the rural land. Thismake a positive and effective exploration and practice in the land conversion，protected thecollective interests of farmers’ land and so on.The intent of this papers through in-depth investigation non-agricultural land statusurbanization in Dongguan City， Guangdong Province，is to understand the specific ways andfeatures，especially in terms of protecting the rights of rural collective land，coordinateddevelopment of urban and rural workers and peasants，and promote the healthy developmentof urbanization and other practical significance. Meanwhile， after discussion and summarizethe issues，I want to put forward some proposals. There is a thought that provide a referencefor the development of Dongguan City，urban and rural workers and peasants，to achievehealthy development of urbanization，and provide a useful reference for the optimization ofrelevant policies in the theoretical and practical aspects.
