At present information construction has been upgraded to a national strategy, andinformation construction directly affects the development of our economy and nationalinformation security. With the emerging of new technologies and new application, themarket capacity of IP network equipment is growing rapidly, but the competition in the fieldof IP network equipment is still very intense. At present ecomomy faces many unstablefactors; our national steady monetary policy has caused monetary contraction. the financingcost of small and medium-sized enterprises is still high, and so financing is very difficult; thesmall and medium-sized enterprises face fund shortage. Beijing Xiaotong network scienceand technology limited company with a history of24years has good brand resources, channelresources and the operation platform, but because the return on capital is limited, andmeantime faces the strategic shift of the parent company which has stopped the new infusionof funds, causing the business development into trouble. The author hopes that through thisexposition, the Xiao Tong network company can maintain and enhance their own advantagesin the complex environment to acquire new favor of capital and regain more resources toexpand the business.At the same time of defining the purpose and significance of the research paper, theauthor reviewed and summarized the theory of strategic development, systematicallyanalyzed the macro environment of the external environment of Beijing Xiaotong networkscience and technology limited company. the development status and trends of the networkequipment distribution industry, financing environment and the corporate governancestructure in the internal environment, financial status, current situation analysis of resources,capability, business combination, the core force and so on. Through the analysis of theinternal and external environment, the author summed up the advantages anddisadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Xiaotong network science and technologylimited company. In the face of the complex internal and external environment, the authorapplied the five forces model from Michael Porter to comprehensively analyze the five kindsof strengths Xiaotong network company faces. Through the analysis of SWOT, he deduced acombination of competitive strategy: the partner optimization strategy,the leading technicalservice strategy and the product portfolio strategy.This paper uses the PEST, five forces model, value chain analysis methods, therelationship between diversification and performance model and SWOT model methods to carry on the research. The author hopes that through this research, we can find a competitivestrategy which can effectively improve the competitiveness of Beijing Xiaotong networkscience and technology limited company and provide some inspiration and reference forBeijing Xiao Tong Network Technology Co., Ltd. to maintain and enhance their owncompetitive advantages.
