Firstly，Using thenatural breakpoint grading method in the ArcGIS software, it can be seen countyurbanization evolution of differences Regional is different. Disparity between westernand eastern is huge. secondly， using the coefficient of variation, Williamsoncoefficient, maximum and minimum coefficient analysis county urbanization regionalgeographical features in the of the Hexi Corridor. Then using the detector geographicmodel analyze the causes of regional difference among the county urbanization.According to the Hexi Corridor is divided into administrative units Jiuquan-Jiayuguan area, Zhangye area, Jinchang-Wuwei area, there is still a gap among the regional county urbanization, which between east and west is obvious. On the basis ofunderstanding of the characteristics of differences and the causes differences incounty urbanization，the study predict the level of urbanization in different regions,and made recommendations for future development of urbanization to providepreliminary studies for the new urbanization in the Hexi Corridor region, and makeurbanization in the Hexi Corridor toward healthy developmentin the further.
