| The current market players still exist, many, smalls, cattered, chaotic, the passengerand freight business model still exist many problems. The problems has seriously hamperedChina’s road transportation industry healthy and orderly development. With the rapiddevelopment of national economy, People’s travel demand produce a qualitative change fromwe can go to we can go better. How to meet the passengers’ needs of transport servicesand improve the quality of operation is becoming a challenge to choose the direction. Due tothe inappropriate measures of the problems left, it easy to cause mass incidents and affectsocial stability in the process of exploring road passenger transport scale operation、intensification、corporatization. This article is based on such a background to study the theoryand practice in the process of road transportation reform, and identify the risk points whichcan affect the social stability.The paper first analyzed the status quo of the road passenger transportation reform inChina. Review of the formation background of the affiliated business. Then analyze the casesof some parts of the country, and summarize the trend and business model. Discussion thenecessity of the corporatization and intercity, and put forward some suggestions on promotingtransformation process. Secondly, from the political direction of the country and thefeasibility to summarize the risks which can cause public discontent in the process of thereform. Analyze the causes of the risks and put forward feasible improvement measures.Afterwards, elaborate the risk evaluation methods and division standard at home andabroad,at the same time, compared the advantages and disadvantages of them. Point thestatus quo and shortcomings of the social stability risk assessment. Set a social stability riskanalysis framework which can suitable for the road passenger transportation, and put forwarda feasible risk grade evaluation method. Finally, give an example to analyze the risk. |
