Research On Level Of New Urbanization About Hanzhong City Based On A Comprehensive Evaluation Index

In order to promote the social constructionsteady and healthy development, China has proposed a "new urbanization" concept, developed a "newnational urbanization plan (2014-2020)", pointed out the main directions of new urbanization, cities andtowns and to develop a coordinated development of urban, peri-urban development tier and second tiercities and other development strategies. Not only guided the development direction of China’s urbanization,more land planning, allocation of resources, such as agricultural land use, land management providedguidance. Hanzhong surrounding second-tier cities as Xi’an, although its level of economic development ina leading position in the Southern region, but for the purposes of Shaanxi province is still relatively lowlevel of economic development of its great potential for development in the new urbanization whichHanzhong economic and social development and urbanization of the city’s rapid development inevitable.In this paper, Hanzhong City as the research object, using the method-level analysis and comparativeanalysis of Hanzhong City,2003-2012, and the county of Hanzhong City in2012new comprehensiveevaluation of the level of urbanization.
