With the increasing competition in domestic auto industry since 2008, a substantial growth in the industry quantity and scale has been achieved. As the most important auto components industry, auto molds business is developing rapidly as well, talents for mold designing and manufacturing has become popular "hot cake". JM Company, the only state-owned auto mold manufacturing enterprise in the region, has faced a huge loss of employees, which attracts more and more attention from the management team to staff management. How to motivate every employee to work hard following “One Team, One Goal” company culture, the company is requested to improve management standard, raise employee job satisfaction, stimulate staff enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, keep staff in the best physical and psychological status, continuously tap potential, make full use of their intelligence, in order to remain the company invincible in the fierce market competition for a long time.Taking state-owned enterprise, JM, employee job satisfaction as study sample, this paper analyzes JM employee job satisfaction status by using individual interviews and questionnaire surveys. The statistics shows that the JM Company currently employees' dissatisfaction mainly concentrated in the following five aspects as C&B management system, performance evaluation mechanism, communication channels between employees and leadership, employee training purpose and staff work-rest timetable. After analysis and research, this paper suggests five specific measures, using scientific and reasonable C&B management, formulating a set of complete performance evaluation system, setting up two-way communication procedures between staff and leadership, establishing a purpose-clear training system and flexible work attendance mechanism, as well as conducting pilot flexible working hours, to improve JM Company employee job satisfaction and retain company staff for the Company future sustainability development.
